My own version of healthy burritos

Oftentimes, I easily get bored of staying at home doing nothing on my day off or holidays, which is the most tiring thing to do. I've been thinking of things on how to spend my time meaningfully. Parang ikaw, sometimes you have to think of options when you're bored. ðŸ’” haha!  So, I decided to write something about my simple dishes a-la-chamba that spring to mind when I've got nothing to do or too lazy to hang around. Well, I love veggies. I'm a little health enthusiast though I eat too much sometimes. I know you do, too! Eat a lot then regret next.☺ Anyhow, just delight in this easy-home-made burritos. I long wanted to chill out and take a few days to breathe in, so when my colleagues invited me to go to one of our colleagues' hometown, The Durian Capital of the Philippines, I got so excited and didn't have a second thought. It was my first in South which in turn lived up to my expectations though. It always makes me feel astonished whenever I get closer to nature, but it's more astonishing getting closer to you .
